3. Harry Osborn Recruits Electro
There were a lot of pretty interesting interactions between characters in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, but it’s Harry Osborn’s first meeting with Max Dillon/Electro which is very much a stand out moment in the Marc Webb helmed sequel. Dane DeHaan is at his best here, as the desperate Harry – no longer in charge of Oscorp – frantically pleads his case as Ravencroft’s armed guards swarm in. Jamie Foxx meanwhile is just as good, and you can clearly see the moment where his demeanor totally changes as Harry says the very thing which he needs and wants to hear. It was also a scene thankfully devoid of any of the sillier one-liners which has led to many critics and fans responding negatively to Electro. This scene serves as an example of him at his very best!
