
The other day we wrote about Spider-Man: Homecoming nearing $300 million at the domestic box office, and today the film has crossed that mark!
Spider-Man: Homecoming earned an estimated $1.064 million on Thursday to swing the film over $300 million. Spider-Man: Homecoming joins Beauty and the Beast, Wonder Woman and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 as the only films to reach $300 million at the domestic box office this year.
Additionally, Spider-Man: Homecoming has already surpassed 2012’s The Amazing Spider-Man ($262 million) and 2014’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 ($202 million) domestically.
Looking at the world wide box office, Spider-Man: Homecoming has earned $682 million as of August 11, and with the film opening in Japan today, and in China on September 8, it will certainly swing over $700 million.
