'Spider-Man: Homecoming' nearing $300 million domestically

After its fifth weekend at the box office, Spider-Man: Homecoming is getting closer to $300 million domestically!

This past weekend, Spider-Man: Homecoming brought in an estimated $8.8 million, bringing the domestic total to $294 million, and Forbes suggests the film could break $300 million next weekend.

Additionally, Spider-Man: Homecoming surpassed Warner Bros. 2013 Superman film, Man of Steel ($291 million) at the domestic box office.

So far, Spider-Man: Homecoming has made $670 million world wide, and with the film releasing in Japan on August 11, and China on September 8, that number will rise!
