This afternoon we got word that Robert Downey Jr. has signed on to appear in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Deadline backs up that report, but also gave an update on Michael Keaton, who was in talks to play the villain.
According to Deadline, Keaton has decided not to be a part of Spider-Man: Homecoming. The search continues for someone to play the unknown villain role.
