That's a wrap! 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' heads to post-production

Shortly after posting a video to celebrate 100 days of shooting The Amazing Spider-Man 2, director Marc Webb tweeted that production has wrapped. It would appear that they finished a bit early, the Spider-Man sequel was originally scheduled for a 151 day shoot. There’s still a lot of post production to do, however. Electro and Rhino will certainly need to have a lot of CGI elements added. Hopefully they can get some of that done in time for the teaser trailer which is likely to hit the internet at the end of July. For now, check out some of the biggest articles from The Amazing Spider-Man 2’s 100 day shoot.

An important note to point out… all of Shailene Woodley’s scenes as Mary Jane Watson will be cut. Marc Webb explained that he wanted to focus on Peter and Gwen’s relationship, so Mary Jane won’t show up until The Amazing Spider-Man 3.
