The fourth Spider-Man film to star Tom Holland has received its official title, and it’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

During the Sony Pictures presentation at the annual CinemaCon event in Las Vegas, Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) to talk about the upcoming fourth entry in the Tom Holland series. The actor appeared via video and announced the title of the film. No other information about the film was shared other than it will hit theaters on July 31, 2026.

This release date places it as the only currently announced Marvel Cinematic Universe film to be released between Avengers: Doomsday (May 1, 2026) and Avengers: Secret WarsSpider-Man: No Way Home.

It is highly doubtful it will be a one-for-one remake of the comic storyline, but it’s to suspect it will heavily influence what we’ll see in theaters.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day will hit theaters on July 21, 2026.
