As the coronavirus pandemic continues to play out across the world, film productions are quickly discovering they need to make some changes. The latest shift will see the next Spider-Man film move back another month.
Tom Holland is finally out of quarantine and back to work on films, but first up is work on the Uncharted movie for Sony. Once that is done he will move on to his third solo outing as Spider-Man. Due to the delays in production, it has now shifted the film back slightly.
The untitled Spider-Man film was originally scheduled for July 16, 2021, but it then moved to Nov. 5, 2021. It is now moving to Dec. 16, 2021, a date that was occupied by Avatar 2 up until Thursday.
With the state of flux across the film industry right now, we wouldn’t write this new date down in pen just quite yet.
