Spider-Man: Far From Home finally fell out of the top five this weekend, but it still had a decent run.
Domestically, Spider-Man: Far From Home took in $5.3M to bring its domestic total to $370.97M. In the foreign markets it has taken in $726M for a new global total of $1.096B.
We still don’t have word on a third film, but Marvel Studios may announce something this month. The studio will be taking to the stage at the D23 event in Anaheim in a few weeks, and it has hinted that there is a phase 4 film we don’t know yet. Our fingers are crossed it’s a third Spider-Man film.
I think the big issue we have is that Tom Holland has a lot of other projects on his plate right now with Cherry for the Russo Bros., and Uncharted for Sony. Can he squeeze in another Spider-Man film? We sure hope so.
