Spider-Man: Homecoming recently passed Wonder Woman at the box office, and this weekend it passed Marvel’s own Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 to become 2017’s biggest superhero movie.
Spider-Man: Homecoming has made $331 million domestically and $542 internationally for a grand total of $874 million world wide. Wonder Woman made $819 million and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 made $863 million.
There are still two superhero movies left to go in 2017 — Thor: Ragnarok and Justice League. Do you think Spider-Man: Homecoming will be able to remain the box office king? Let me know in the comments below.
