On Friday after the premiere of the awesome Spider-Man: Homecoming trailer, Tom Holland did a Facebook live chat for over 30 minutes. He answered fans questions and spoke about working on the movie, but he said something he probably shouldn’t have when talking about a particular stunt in the movie.
“There was a few things that I couldn’t do,” Holland admitted. “There was some time where they dangled my poor stunt double under a helicopter and dunked him in a lake.” Holland then covered his mouth and realized that he gave away a new scene that wasn’t in the trailer. “Damn it. This is live isn’t it? Damn.”
“So at one point Spider-Man ends up in a lake,” Holland continued. “I’m going to get in so much trouble now. Oh, no. I was like, ‘Let me to it. Let me do it.” When I saw him do it and get dunked in the lake, I’m so happy I let him do that one because that was the scariest thing I’ve ever seen. Can you imagine? Flying under a helicopter and being dunked in a lake. I don’t get paid enough for that shit. Sorry! Again. Again. I can’t help it. I’m sorry.”
