Today, fans in attendance at the Sony panel during #CCXP2016 were treated to a quick glimpse at the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming film. The clip was very short, but contained quite a lot of goodies to dissect.
A fan page for Tom Holland on Twitter has broken down the entire segment, as well as the footage for us:

The segment opened with Tom Holland delivering a video message to the audience, introducing the clip.
The clip itself opens with Spider-Man talking to Happy Hogan, who has come to deliver him a briefcase that comes directly from Tony Stark himself. With the briefcase is a note, reading, “A small upgrade. T.S. (Tony Stark). It then cuts to a scene with Spidey on top of the Washington Monument, with a helicopter in the background. Spider-Man jumps off, letting loose his new Web wings.
Sounds amazing! Sadly, this clip was not made to the public, so we have only descriptions to look at for now. However, at the end of the panel, a slide popped up, confirming what we had known for the past couple weeks. “Worldwide release of the first trailer soon!”
It won’t be long now before the whole world gets to finally get a glimpse into the new reboot of Spider-Man. What do you guys think about the description for this footage? And how excited are you for the first trailer? Sound off in the comments below!
