Martha Kelly joins the cast of ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ in a mystery role

The cast of  Spider-Man: Homecoming just keeps on growing! Since filming began, we’ve seen so many people join the cast, from Hannibal Buress, to Michael Keaton, and Donald Glover. The casting hype train just hasn’t stopped! And now we can add another name to the film.

Deadline is reporting that actress and stand up comedian Martha Kelly has signed on to the film. Kelly has made many appearances on ‘Last Comic Standing’, ‘Late Night With Conan O’Brien’, and ‘The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson’. More recently, she can be seen on FX’s basket opposite Zach Galifianakis.

Her role is currently being kept under wraps, in line with almost all of the cast outside of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man, and Michael Keaton’s VultureSpider-Man: Homecoming has already been filming for around a month or so, so this casting is definitely late in the game. Nevertheless, this cast is shaping up quite nicely, and we can’t wait to see who all of these talented guys and gals are playing!
