Singer/actress Zendaya has landed a key role in Marvel and Sony’s 2017 Spider-Man reboot, Deadline reports.
All that’s known at this time is that her character is named Michelle, so it doesn’t sound like she’ll be playing Peter Parker’s love interests like Mary Jane Watson or Gwen Stacy from the comics.
The Spider-Man reboot starring Tom Holland will hit theaters on July 7, 2017.
